Terms & Conditions:
- You may request for an Estimate based on scaled measurements of a given floor plan: –
- An actual Site Visit will need to be scheduled for accurate measurements and site evaluations.
- The final quotation may vary from the Estimate you are given as a result of, but not restricted to, the following reasons:
- The difference in measurements affects the price of Ziptrak® blinds
- Delivery via staircase is required due to lift height restrictions, in which case the following charges will apply:
- $80 for the first 3 levels per blind set
- $10 per additional level, per blind set
- Rental of scaffolding is required
- Professional Engineer approval is required
- After the Site Visit, a confirmation deposit amounting to 50% of the Quotation value will be required in order to proceed with the order.
- A lead time of 2 to 3 weeks is typical between receiving the confirmation deposit and installation due to the need for custom fabrication.
- The balance 50% payment will be due after the installation has been completed.
- Credit cards payments may be subject to additional admin fee charges.
